Reports to the General Manager
Must have a 'Hands on' working style
Oversee day to day operations
Implement Standard Operating Procedures
Implement and maintain Brand Standards
Ensure team is trained on Brand Standards, SOPs, Corporate Serice Phillisophy, On Job skills.
Ensure team adheres to Safety and Security Protocols
Responsible for and ovversees the financial performance, including daily revenues, monthly and annual budgets, Profit and loss etc
Works closely with Executive chef on implementing new menus as and when required
Follows up on all guest feedback, including online reviews.
Assists the Sales & Martketing team during Sales Blitz
Promote a healthy working environment for the team
Skills Required Excellent Communication Skills. Well versed in Micros and MS Office
