Deliver end-to-end desktop and workplace support for Windows and macOS environments, including device setup, troubleshooting, performance optimization, software deployment, and peripheral support.
Support meeting rooms and collaboration environments, including AV systems, Barco ClickShare, conferencing platforms, sound systems, printers (including large-format/A0), and shared workplace devices.
Ensure meeting rooms, studios, and workspaces are consistently maintained in a "meeting-ready" state.
Manage Apple ecosystem devices (iOS & macOS) using Apple Business Manager and Intune MDM.
Handle secure employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including access provisioning, device allocation, recovery, and decommissioning.
Maintain accurate approvals, records, and documentation throughout the device and user lifecycle.
Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, user management, security configurations, conditional access, and email policies.
Manage SharePoint Online environments, including sites, permissions, document libraries, and internal knowledge bases, ensuring governance and usability best practices.
Administer Yeastar PBX systems, including extensions, call routing, voicemail configurations, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
Operate and support Ubiquiti (UniFi) network environments, including Wi-Fi, switches, gateways, VLANs, and guest networks.
Manage Synology NAS platforms covering storage, backups, access controls, and security configurations.
Oversee IP-based CCTV and physical security systems, coordinating with vendors as required.
Manage IT assets using Odoo or similar asset management systems, ensuring accurate tracking, audits, and lifecycle reporting.
Govern IT, studio, and office equipment from procurement through to decommissioning.
Administer creative and business software licenses, ensuring compliance, cost optimization, and timely renewals.
Develop and maintain SOPs, runbooks, knowledge base articles, and technical documentation.
Enforce security best practices including least-privilege access, endpoint protection, device encryption, patching, and compliance controls.
Follow change, incident, and problem management processes, including root cause analysis (RCA) documentation for major incidents.
Requirements
3-6 years of experience across service desk and systems administration roles.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Entra ID/Azure AD fundamentals, SharePoint).
Practical experience with Apple Business Manager and Intune MDM.
Working knowledge of Ubiquiti networking, Synology NAS, and IP-based CCTV systems.
Experience with asset management platforms (Odoo preferred).
Understanding of PBX / VoIP fundamentals (Yeastar or similar platforms).
Preferred Qualifications
Relevant certifications such as MS-900, MD-102, SC-900, Apple Device Support, Jamf, CompTIA, or ITIL.
Experience supporting creative, production, or project-driven teams.
Comfortable working across offices, studios, and live project environments.
A proactive, customer-focused approach to IT support and service delivery.
