Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and network systems.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for staff and management.
Ensure data security, backups, and disaster recovery procedures are in place.
Monitor network performance and security protocols.
Manage user accounts and permissions.
Implement and update hospital management software and other relevant applications.
Provide training and support to staff on IT systems and software.
Maintain inventory of IT equipment and manage procurement as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience in an IT role within a hospital or medical center.
Strong knowledge of healthcare IT systems, networks, and cybersecurity.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
