6. Resolving issues of Desktops & laptops of users, also coordinating with various vendors for part related issue.
7. Maintaining department wise IT Assets & CUG connections.
8. Troubleshooting landline phones related issues.
9. Daily checking VC system and troubleshooting if there any issues.
10. Troubleshooting and configuration biometric related issues.
11. Installation and troubleshooting network and USB printer basic hardware and software related issues.
12. Maintaining user data backup.
13. Implementation of UPS connection to local office.
14. Maintaining daily Checklist of CCTV cameras and sending to local office.
16. Handling customer escalations both technically and non-technically.
17. Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
18. Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
19. Setting up accounts for new users.
20. Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
21. Identify computer or network equipment shortages and place orders.
22. Managing IT documentation.
23. Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment.
25. Arranging quotes for IT Materials with comparison to process PO.
