The positions are based in Dubai, UAE and will report directly to the Head of IT. This role will handle the techno-functional requirements of ERP and Software validation in a manufacturing site and supports building in-house capability to handle developments in ERP systems and software validation. Work independently to establish project plans and resulting objectives in alignment with the IT department.

Your Responsibilities will be :

• Collaborate closely with Head of IT and business to understand business requirements and systems goals.
• Perform analysis, prepare requirements definition, functional design, development, testing and implementation.
• Handle technical/functional development and support of SAP B1 application and HANA DB.
• Handle all development aspects in SAP B1, including reports, interfaces, database administration and enhancements.
• Handle software validation (CSV) and regulatory requirements (Not limited to SAP B1).
• Perform in-depth tests, coordinates with end-users for reviews while modification and implementing new changes in systems (not limited to SAP B1).
• Handle activities simultaneously for multiple projects. (Not limited to SAP B1)
• Provide support, assistance, and training to users. Systems and network L1 support.
• Provide efficient first line and overall IT support on all company supported software applications - dealing with support calls which may arrive via phone, e-mail or in person.
• Ensure development / enhancements in ERP and other software applications are handled with most priority to assure process improvements.
• Timely support for IT and other cross functional teams for successful completion of software validation based on 21 CFR Part 11 and EU Annex 11 requirements.
• Maintain 100% of validated state of all Manufacturing and Quality related software application as per 21 CFR Part 11, Annex11, GAMP5 and other regulatory guidelines. Serve as liaison between local office, regional office and with Global IT on all IT issues.
• Other duties include backup maintenance, installing/de-installing software, monitor systems, and may also be involved in implementing other infrastructure related tasks while ensuring adherence to the company security requirements and guidelines.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Line Manager.

Your Profile :

• 5+ years of experience in SAP Business one end to end implementation experience Manufacturing industry (preferably Pharmaceuticals).
• 5+ years of experience in configuration, development, testing, implementing, and documenting various SAP modules.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing and Quality operations.
• Functional knowledge in all SAP Business One Modules including Financial, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Resources, Production, MRP, Report and Interactive Analysis.
• Knowledge of Systems and network for L1 Support. SAP B1 SDK Development experience (Visual Basic or C#).
• Expert in Crystal report development, SQL / HANA Querying and writing Stored procedure.
• Knowledge of HANA and SQL Database handling, Power BI or other BI tools.
• Knowledge of SUSE Enterprises Linux and Windows Servers.
• Knowledge of software validation (CSV) and regulatory requirements
• Skills in writing software testing protocol and handling execution. Drafting Technical Document.
• Knowledge of SAP B1 HANA Modeling and Integration framework is a plus.
• Knowledge of Systems and network for L1 support.
