Key Responsibilities: . Diagnose hardware and software problems and replace defective components. . Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations. . Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments, including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations. . Plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures in order to protect data, software, and hardware. . Monitor the performance of computer systems and networks, and coordinate computer network access and use. . Design, configure, and test computer hardware, networking software and operating system software. . Maintain an inventory of parts for emergency repairs. . Train users on the proper use of hardware and software. . Configures and maintains Microsoft Active Directory, MS Azure, Office 365 . Installs, configures and maintains IPS/IDS, Firewall, Anti-Virus, Anti-Spam, Antimalware, etc. for maximum internal network protection. . Maintains Unified Communications, VoIP, and any related equipment, services, and platforms. . Dress, terminate and test cables and components including CAT6.

Qualifications and Skills: . Proven experience in a system and network administrator role . Hands on experience in security, networking, routing and switching. . Good Knowledge in network cabling and termination . Excellent knowledge of best practices around management, control, and monitoring of server infrastructure . Experience with firewalls, Internet VPN's remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution is desired. . Good knowledge with cloud platform such as (MS Azure, Office 365, Intune, and MDM) . Ability to set up and configure server hardware and virtual machines. . Ability to set up, configure and manage Windows Server OS, AD, and DNS Servers . Familiarity with backup and recovery software and methodologies . Great at organizing, prioritizing and multitasking. . Having valid transferable iqama.
