Job Description
Upgrading, installing, and configuring application software and computer hardware
Provides technical support to users by researching and answering questions, troubleshooting problems, and maintaining workstation and LAN performance.
Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, VPN,)
Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations
Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
Maintaining and enhancing the performance of existing database programs. (SQL & NAV 2017)
Requirements
Higher Diploma or Bachelors
3-5 years of relevant experience
General knowledge in ERP-Management (Especially Dynamic NAV 2017)
Kindly note: This position is on a one-year contract renewable based on performance and KPI.
