We are currently looking for a Junior IT Specialist who's ready to grow with us. Role:

You will be playing an integral part in the IT and systems support department, helping manage and improve our ERP infrastructure, particularly within the ODOO ecosystem. From troubleshooting daily user issues to configuring modules and supporting process automation, your day-to-day will be varied and meaningful.This is a junior-level position - perfect for someone early in their tech career who has some hands-on experience with ERP systems and wants to specialize in ODOO.

What You will Be Doing:

Assist in the configuration, customization, and deployment of the ODOO ERP platform across departments. Provide technical support and training to end-users, ensuring smooth adoption of systems and tools. Collaborate with operations, finance, logistics, and baristas to streamline processes within ODOO. Troubleshoot system errors, bugs, and performance issues. Help develop documentation and user guides for ODOO modules and features. Stay up to date on system upgrades, improvements, and best practices.

What We are Looking For:

A diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Hands-on experience with ERP systems -- ODOO is a huge plus. A genuine interest in business systems, workflows, and how IT supports operations. Problem-solving mindset and strong communication skills. Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
