What You Will Do
Monitor and maintain all IT systems, networks, and equipment across the resort.
Provide first-line technical support to staff for hardware, software, and network issues.
Set up and maintain workstations, POS systems, servers, and guest-facing technologies.
Ensure compliance with IT security protocols and Four Seasons standards.
Support daily backups, software updates, and maintain accurate IT asset inventory.
Coordinate with vendors for equipment servicing and software support.
Assist in IT projects, upgrades, and training of team members on basic system usage.
What You Bring
Degree or diploma in Information Technology or a related field.
1-2+ years of IT support experience; hospitality experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of networks, operating systems, and IT hardware.
Proficiency in Windows, networking, and Microsoft Office applications.
Familiarity with hotel systems (PMS, POS, back-office systems) is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call shifts.
