Software Management: \xc2\xb7 Install, update, and manage software applications required by team members. \xc2\xb7 Monitor software licenses and ensure compliance with licensing agreements. \xc2\xb7 Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues promptly. \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with teams to understand their specific workflow and productivity needs. \xc2\xb7 Configure software and tools to optimize team productivity, including setting up collaboration tools, email clients, and project management software.
