Role Overview

CTS is seeking a motivated and results-driven Arabic-speaking IT Senior Executive Engineer to join our growing sales and business development team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will act as a technical consultant and solution advisor, bridging the gap between complex technology offerings and customer business needs.

This role requires a blend of technical acumen, sales expertise, and strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate CTS's solution portfolio to clients, demonstrate value, and close opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a technical sales consultant, providing pre-sales support and customized IT solution presentations.
Conduct market research to identify and develop new business opportunities within Qatar.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring alignment between customer needs and CTS's solution capabilities.
Present and promote CTS's solution offerings, including Cloud, Cybersecurity, AI, RPA, Data Analytics, and Robotics.
Develop and deliver technical and commercial proposals, ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth.
Collaborate with internal teams for solution development and technical documentation.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Provide feedback to product and business teams for solution improvement and market adaptation.
Stay updated on emerging technologies, competitive landscape, and market trends.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
Excellent command of Arabic and English (written and spoken).
Minimum 2 years of proven IT Sales experience in Qatar.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership.
Ambitious, career-oriented, and willing to take on higher job responsibilities within one year of employment.
Understanding of technology domains such as Cloud, Cybersecurity, AI, and Data Analytics is an advantage.
