Job Description

The IT Security Specialist is responsible for protecting the organization's information systems by implementing security controls, monitoring threats, and responding to security incidents.


Key Responsibilities




Develop and implement IT security policies, procedures, and controls. Monitor systems and networks for security breaches and vulnerabilities. Conduct regular security assessments, audits, and vulnerability testing. Manage and maintain security tools such as firewalls, antivirus, SIEM, and intrusion detection systems. Investigate and respond to security incidents and cyber threats. Ensure compliance with internal security policies and industry standards. Prepare security reports and recommendations. Train employees on information security awareness and best practices.

Required Qualifications




Minimum 3 years of experience in similar role. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field. Experience in information security or cybersecurity roles. * Knowledge of security frameworks, risk management, and incident response.
