Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned and detail-oriented '
IT Security Officer'
to lead the development, implementation, and management of our organization's comprehensive cybersecurity program. This is a full-time job based in Abu Dhabi.Required candidate profile:
Essential Criteria
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Security (Master's preferred)
Professional Certification: CISSP, CISM, CEH, ISO27001 Lead Implementer / Auditor
4-5 years of experience in a cybersecurity role, ideally in aviation, aerospace, or defense industry
Solid knowledge of ISO 27001
Proficiency in security technologies and tools
Strong understanding of network and cloud protocols, architecture, vulnerability Management, and security
Desirable Criteria
Understanding of cybersecurity in aviation systems: EFBs, flight data, maintenance systems, and digital record management
Proven experience preparing for regulatory audits, internal Audits, and vendor security reviews
