It Sales Officer
Job Description
Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom.
Ability to convert unqualified leads into qualified leads.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT and networking solutions.
Prepare and follow up on quotations and invoices.
Maintain and develop relationships with new and existing clients.
Update customers on new arrivals, stock availability, and ongoing promotions.
Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure product availability.
Stay up to date with product knowledge and technological advancements.
Meet sales targets and contribute to team performance.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support.
Record sales transactions and maintain customer database.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
