Job Description
Job Title: IT Sales/Account Manager (5 - 10 Years of Experience) Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develops and expands a portfolio of corporate clients by Networking and Marketing
- Business relationships with Managers and above in the corporate clients & in the Government Sector
- Assesses client IT needs and make recommendations, including IT Solutions and Service packages
- Prepares Sales Visits and Presentations to pitch Product, Service and Consultancy packages to the clients
- Pre-Sales Activities \xe2\x80\x93 Client Requirements, Proposing Solutions or Services, Proposal Submission, Negotiations and responding to queries
- Participate in Tender responses on Solutions and Services provided by the company
- Demonstrates IT Offering to highlight benefits to the customers
- Relationship Management, Account Management
- Negotiate Sales packages discounts and long-term contracts with clients
- Provides Technical advice after Sales working with internal Technical Team
- Establish Sales Goals and Implements a plan to meet those goals
- Tracks progress toward Goals and documents Sales Performance
- Fluent in all Products and Services offered by the employer
- Gain familiarities with the IT industry and stay updated on trends and innovative Products & Services
- Participate Trade Exhibitions and Industry Events to learn about Cutting-Edge Products and Services
- Works for Technology Manufacturers, Software Manufacturers, IT Consultancies and Technology Solutions organizations
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science or Marketing
- 5 - 10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Sales and Marketing
- Knowledge of Relevant Products and Sales
- Good English is written and verbal communication
- Interpersonal Communication
- Good negotiation skills
- Knowledge of Digital Technologies, Data Analytics, AI, Robotics, Big Data, Data Sciences
- Knowledge of Enterprises Products \xe2\x80\x93 SAP, Oracle & Microsoft
- Knowledge of Software Development (.NET, SharePoint, PHP, Python, Angular, Mobile App)
- Knowledge of IT Infrastructure, Networking, Information and Cyber Security
