IT Sales / Business Development Manager for Annual Maintenance Contracts in Abu Dhabi and Dubai

We are looking for an experienced IT Sales / Business Development Manager in Abu Dhabi and Dubai for an demanding and challenging roles which includes research and exploring new business opportunities. The candidate must have excellent exposure to technology and aware of the latest IT trends in the market. Primary focus would be Annual Maintenance Contract for IT infrastructure solutions including structured cabling, IP / Analog Telephony, CCTV, Access Control system, Wireless, Servers along with managed services. Experience with SIRA ( Dubai ) or MCC ( Abu Dhabi ) certification process will be preferred.

The primary role is to deliver revenue objectives by managing and developing new business and by driving utilization within assigned strategic accounts. Generates sales and business, develops relationships with new clients, makes sales visits and presentations, maintains advanced knowledge of products and services, and establishes and meets sales goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead generation for new clients by cold calling, referrals and emails
  • Focus on Annual Maintenance Contract for IT infrastructure solutions including structured cabling, IP / Analog Telephony, CCTV, Access Control system, Wireless, Servers along with managed services.
  • Focus on SIRA certification CCTV Project requirements with end users and partners
  • Responding to tender documents, writing proposals, reports and supporting literature;
  • Ability to listen to customer requirements and asking appropriate questions to gather information.
  • Ability to select correct products and present benefits appropriately.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers, distributors and vendors.
  • Networking through referrals and contacts to generate new business.
  • Secondary responsibilities would be to ensure the projects is delivered as per client satisfaction and payments have been received.
  • Identify new areas for business growth by researching industry and related events, publications, etc. Networking to gain potential leads
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a Related Field
  • Experience with Computers and Networks
  • Experience with Customer Service, Management, Leadership, Staffing
  • Written and Verbal Communication, Interpersonal Communication
  • Problem Solving and Decision-Making skill
  • Time Management, Working Under Pressure
  • Proven history of closed business and ability to meet sales targets
  • Minimum 2 years of Work experience in Dubai
  • A valid UAE driving license- Preferred.
  • Effective, efficient and possessing strong organizational and follow-up skills. Able to address client's question technically
