Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver annual revenue and growth targets.
  • Build and maintain a healthy, predictable sales pipeline across all stages.
  • Drive new business acquisition and expansion opportunities within assigned strategic accounts.
  • Lead, coach, and develop Account Managers to achieve consistent performance.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one reviews focused on deal progression, challenges, and execution strategies.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders across key enterprise accounts.
  • Lead account planning, white-space analysis, and long-term growth strategies for strategic customers.
  • Personally engage in high-priority and complex deals to accelerate closure.
  • Ensure all proposals meet commercial, technical, and risk management standards.
  • Collaborate closely with Solution Engineers, SMEs, Delivery, PMO, and vendor partners to shape winning solutions.
  • Proactively remove deal blockers and ensure timely progression through the sales cycle.
  • Track and analyze KPIs such as pipeline coverage, conversion rates, and team productivity.
  • Identify risks early and propose mitigation strategies to leadership.
Qualifications & Experience
  • 15-20 years of relevant experience
  • Proven track record as a Sales Manager with consistent quota achievement in the UAE market; Abu Dhabi experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated success selling complex enterprise IT solutions to large organizations.
  • Strong experience engaging and negotiating with C-level executives in enterprise environments.
  • Hands-on experience managing strategic accounts and long sales cycles.
  • Strong understanding of value-based selling, commercial structuring, and risk management.
  • Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Deep knowledge of the UAE market and established relationships with large enterprises.
