Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Engineer with a proven track record in business-to-consumer (B2C) sales of IT services, including firewall solutions, networking products, antivirus (AV) software, home automation systems, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs). The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in these areas, demonstrating a strong ability to drive sales, build customer relationships, and meet performance targets. A valid UAE driving license is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote and grow our portfolio of IT services, including firewall solutions, networking products, antivirus software, home automation systems, and AMCs.
Client Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with individual consumers, understanding their needs and providing customized IT solutions and service contracts.
Product Expertise:
Utilize extensive knowledge of firewall technologies, networking solutions, AV software, home automation systems, and AMCs to effectively present and demonstrate products and services.
Proposal Development:
Create and deliver compelling proposals and presentations that showcase the benefits and value of our offerings.
Market Analysis:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to strategically position Orbit Pix IT's products and services in the market.
Sales Reporting:
Track sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights, and provide regular reports to drive continuous improvement.
Customer Support:
Offer exceptional pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of B2C sales experience in IT services, including firewall solutions, networking products, antivirus software, home automation systems, and AMCs.
Technical Knowledge:
Strong understanding of firewall technologies, networking solutions, AV software, home automation systems, and service contracts.
Sales Skills:
Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and effectively engage with individual customers.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
License:
Valid UAE driving license is required.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
