Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in IT products, solutions, and services
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise and key accounts
Understand customer requirements and propose suitable IT solutions
Work closely with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams
Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial negotiations
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
Maintain accurate sales pipelines and CRM updates
Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs
Required Skills & Experience
3-4 years of proven experience in
IT sales
(solutions, systems integration, cloud, cybersecurity, networking, infrastructure, software, etc.)
Strong understanding of IT solutions and technologies
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to engage with decision-makers (C-level, IT Managers, Procurement)
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong account management and relationship-building skills
Preferred Experience
Experience selling solutions such as:
Cloud (Azure, AWS, Microsoft 365)
Cybersecurity solutions
Networking & Infrastructure
Data center, storage, and backup solutions
Experience working with system integrators, distributors, and vendors
Education & Certifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field
IT or vendor sales certifications are an advantage
