Job Description

We are a Managed Service Provider (MSP) delivering cutting-edge IT products and services to businesses across various sectors.

We're looking for a result-oriented Sales Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects for sale of Networking products, Firewalls /Routers, Servers, Storage, Desktops, Laptops, IP-PABX, CCTV etc. with work experience in UAE.

Your role will be to provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.

Responsibilities:



Present, promote and sell product & services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.

Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.

Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.

Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.

Achieve agreed sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.

Requirements and skills:



Proven work experience as a Sales Professional in UAE market.

Excellent knowledge of MS Office.

Knowledge of IT Infrastructure products, Softwares, Licensing.

Ability to build productive business professional relationships.

Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.

Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.

Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:

Bachelor's (Preferred)
Language:

Fluent English (Required)
License/Certification:

* UAE Driving License (Required)
