We are seeking a motivated and results-driven IT Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling IT products and services, including hardware, software, networking solutions, and managed services. You will identify customer needs, propose tailored solutions, and build long-term relationships to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Meet with clients (virtually or in person) to understand their IT needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotes.
Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain a strong understanding of the company's products, services, and industry trends.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet customer expectations.
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and prepare regular sales reports.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and marketing events when required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in IT sales or B2B sales (1-3 years minimum).
Strong understanding of IT products (e.g., networking, cloud, cybersecurity, hardware/software).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: AED2,500.00 per month
