Roles and Responsibilities: Identify and generate new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation strategies. Understand customer needs and requirements and propose appropriate IT products, solutions, and services. Conduct meetings and presentations to prospective clients, demonstrating IT products and services tailored to client needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals. Collaborate with the technical team to create proposals, quotations, and presentations. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions in line with company policies. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the company's offerings as well as industry trends and competitors. Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and market feedback to management. Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to promote the company's services and solutions.
