Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, and market research.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Present and promote IT products and services to prospective clients based on their business needs.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
Collaborate with the technical team to provide customized solutions to clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated with the latest IT products, market trends, and competitors.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
Provide after-sales support and maintain positive client relationships.
Prepare sales reports and maintain CRM data.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of UAE experience in IT Sales.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of IT solutions such as networking, cybersecurity, cloud services, and software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
