Job Description

bout the job We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Sales Engineer to join our team at Tech Fortress. This role will be responsible for driving sales and customer success as our first Sales Engineer, you will be instrumental in bringing in enterprise and B2B customers while also engaging with clients to convert our highly humanized premium products into subscriptions and annual licenses. Responsibilities: Enterprise/B2B Sales:

  • Finding new leads and prospects.
  • understand customer requirements and pain points.
  • Create technical sales strategies and solutions to address customer needs.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain the features and capabilities of our solutions.
  • Assist in proof-of-concept (POC) deployments and trials to validate the effectiveness of our solutions.
  • Provide technical advice and guidance during customer meetings and sales negotiations.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within target organizations.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful onboarding and implementation for new customers.
Customer Success:
  • Helping customers with onboarding.
  • Proactively reach out to customers to ensure they are getting the most value from our products and services.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to recognize expansion and upselling opportunities within the customer base.
  • Collect customer feedback and data to inform product enhancements and improvements.
Requirements:
  • Experience in IT sales with a proven record in achieving the target.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, or any other related field
  • Relevant experience in a sales engineering role, preferably in the enterprise/B2B space.
  • Solid technical background.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in giving product demonstrations and outlining complex technical solutions.
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into actionable product features.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
