Who we are looking for? An energetic, responsible IT Sales Executive to join our growing organization. The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers and acquire knowledge on latest technology trends. About the role? The candidate will lead the sales charter, with complete ownership and meet monthly targets. Will be responsible to drive incremental sales to the business. Responsibilities will be evolving with the team size and hence the role also requires a sense of leadership and commitment. Prior IT Sales experience is a must and also important that the candidate hold\'s a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Information Technology or related field. Responsibilities include-

• Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and current clients to expand sales.
• Generate revenues to ensure that sales targets are met or exceeded.
• Identify new accounts to sell products, solutions and services.
• Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media

Must Have

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role, 2-4 years will be preferred.
• Based out of UAE (preferable Dubai).
• Bachelor\'s Degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic.
• Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
• Fast learner and passion for sales.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
