Job Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities for IT services
Reach out to potential clients via LinkedIn, email, calls, and WhatsApp
Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions
Present company services (AI, automation, web/mobile development, MVP Development, Custom Solutions etc.)
Manage leads and maintain client relationships
Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth project handover
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain CRM records and follow up with prospects
Required Skills & Qualifications
3+ year experience in IT sales or B2B sales (preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Understanding of IT services, software, or AI solutions (basic knowledge is enough)
Experience with LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and lead generation
Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
