We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for outdoor sales activities, meeting potential clients, presenting our IT AMC solutions, and successfully closing Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC). This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of IT services, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outdoor visits to prospective clients across UAE.
Present and promote IT services including Managed Services, Cloud Solutions, Security, and AMC packages.
Understand client requirements and tailor solutions to meet their business needs.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate contracts and close AMC deals effectively.
Maintain relationships with existing clients for upselling and renewals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide feedback to the technical team for solution customization.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM.
Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings.
Requirements:
Proven experience in IT sales or field sales (minimum 1 year preferred).
Strong knowledge of IT services and solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel extensively.
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
