Technical Sales Executive Job Duties
A technical sales manager typically has a wide range of responsibilities, which can include:
o Demand generation activity with our existing enterprise and SME customer.
o Maintaining relationships with existing clients to ensure continued satisfaction with products and services.
o Developing and implementing strategic plans for the company's sales goals, including increasing market share, and growing the customer base
o Meeting with clients to determine their needs and preferences and explaining products and services offered by the company.
o Preparing proposals and contracts to help secure new business opportunities.
o Establishing relationships with technology vendors
o Meeting customers, enabling them with Liberty product and solution capabilities
o Having a strong pipeline for customers and their solutions
o Co-ordinating with technical team, vendors and having POC for clients for Bluechip solutions
o Identifying opportunities for new products, services, or applications that will increase revenue or improve efficiency in operations.
o Ensuring that all staff members are trained on product knowledge and customer service skills.
o Coordinating with sales staff to schedule appointments or demonstrations with potential clients.
o Conducting market research to identify new opportunities for products or services.
o Co-ordination with all sales and technical departments
