Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven
IT Sales Executive
to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will be responsible for selling complex technical IT solutions, understanding customer needs, and closing deals that generate long-term value for the business.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client meetings.
Understand client requirements and propose tailored IT solutions (software, ERP, cloud, etc.).
Develop strong relationships with decision-makers across various industries.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and negotiate pricing and contract terms.
Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements
Proven experience in IT sales, B2B solution selling, or technology consulting (minimum 2-4 years).
Familiarity with enterprise solutions such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or bespoke software.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of IT products, services, and software development lifecycle.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling custom software projects.
Existing client base or industry connections.
