We are seeking a dynamic and professional lady with a strong understanding of the IT domain to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client coordination, sales support, invoicing, and documentation, while ensuring smooth communication with clients and internal teams. Experience in the UAE market is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with clients regarding inquiries, project updates, and service requirements.
Assist the sales team in tracking leads, follow-ups, and maintaining client relationships.
Prepare and manage invoices, quotations, and other financial documentation accurately.
Maintain proper documentation of contracts, proposals, and client communications.
Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal departments to ensure seamless operations.
Support sales and management teams with reports, presentations, and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
Proven experience in client coordination, sales support, or administrative roles within the IT domain.
Familiarity with UAE market practices and client expectations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office and IT-related tools.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in IT sales, technical coordination, or related roles.
Knowledge of invoicing and documentation processes.
