Job Summary

We are hiring a

Procurement Executive (IT Products & Accessories)

to join our team in Dubai Silicon Oasis. The role involves

sourcing and purchasing IT hardware and software products

based on project requirements, obtaining multiple quotations, comparing vendor prices, and finalizing the most cost-effective deals while ensuring quality standards and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the

Sales Team

to understand IT product requirements for projects. Source and collect

multiple quotations

from vendors for IT hardware, software, and accessories. Compare prices, negotiate terms, and finalize procurement decisions. Ensure best value by considering

price, quality, and vendor reliability

. Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, especially in the

Bur Dubai IT market

. Maintain accurate procurement records and vendor database in

Zoho

. Ensure on-time delivery of IT products to support project timelines.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of

IT products, IT accessories, and IT hardware procurement

. Proven experience in

vendor management, quotation comparison, and IT purchasing

. Excellent

negotiation and communication skills

. Ability to make fast and effective purchase decisions under tight deadlines. Strong coordination skills to work closely with the Sales Team. Fluency in

Hindi, Malayalam, and English

is mandatory. Candidates must be currently in UAE, or willing to

relocate to Kerala with Dubai IT procurement experience

Pay: Up to AED5,500.00 per month
