Job Description

We are seeking a motivated professional who provides strategic review and planning for IT requirements. Manage a team of IT personnel. Prepare and implement IT budgeting and forecasting. Maintenance and support of all computers, computer equipment, and network systems. Ensure a secure IT environment. Review and update IT policies. Must have a sense of lateral thinking for solving a problem using an unusual or creative approach to complete tasks on his/her own. Qualifications Bachelor of Computer Science or related field Minimum 8 years experience at senior level IT management Minimum 8 years experience in network administration Minimum 6 years experience in database management Knowledge/ Skills and Abilities Good strategic skills Good interpersonal skills able to communicate at all corporate levels Knowledge in networking, internet, license administration Knowledge of Window 2000, Window 2000 Server, MS Exchange Knowledge of IT design and programming Service-minded RELATED TASK: IT Prepare strategic IT plan for Board Approval Prepare IT budgets and forecasts Liaise with senior management as to IT implementation programs Manage IT personnel General o Monitor unauthorized use of software o Restore data from Tape Backup & CD-R backup o Maintain and update internal intranet website (web desktop) o Manage Software licenses o Maintain software and manuals in a secure location o Recommend upgrades or equipment replacement o Maintain a list of all registered web domains and expiry dates o Prepare a list of all IT-related contacts including contact numbers o Prepare quotations for new equipment purchases as requested o Maintain IT Manuals and IT Book o Backup data in File server Full to Tape backup o Maintain All Computer Equipment including Photo Copy, Scanners, printers, Plotter, Network systems, Digital cameras, Network systems, Electric systems, Telephone systems, and Hardware configuration. SOP To ensure that the Quality Management System is implemented and maintained and to evaluate where continual improvement can be made. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

Experience:

• IT design and programming: 10 years (Preferred)
