IT Project Manager - Financial Services Consulting

The Role



As an IT Project Manager within Capco's Business Consulting practice, you'll lead the delivery of technology-enabled change across financial services clients. Working closely with stakeholders, delivery teams, and senior leaders, you'll ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business outcomes in a fast-paced consulting environment.


What You'll Do




Lead end-to-end delivery of IT and digital projects within financial services environments Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams Collaborate with client stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to drive delivery outcomes Establish clear governance, reporting, and communication frameworks Support change, adoption, and continuous improvement across programmes

What We're Looking For




Proven experience as an IT or Business Analyst within complex programmes or projects

Fluency in Arabic and English

(spoken and written)

One of the following certifications is required:

CBAP or PMI-PBA Strong requirements management, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills Experience working with technology teams and understanding system delivery lifecycles Experience within consulting or advisory environments Exposure to public sector, financial services, or large-scale transformation programmes Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models Experience facilitating workshops and change initiatives Knowledge of data, digital, or enterprise platforms
