The Role

Requirements

Qualifications and experience:

o Candidates should have a university degree, preferably in a STEM field, with over 5 years of experience managing technology projects in banking, including core banking deployments and IT integration initiatives. o Familiarity with project management methodologies like Waterfall and Agile, stakeholder management, and project performance monitoring is required. Required skills: o Essential skills include strong management and leadership, project planning, technical knowledge, senior stakeholder management, change management, vendor management, analytical thinking, teamwork, and proficiency with project planning tools such as Clarity, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
