Role:
- Analyze and review IT spend data, identifying opportunities for cost reduction, process optimization, and efficiency improvement.
- Identify and onboard vendors that bring substantial value, innovation, and efficiency.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with the organization\xe2\x80\x99s goals, focusing on adding value, innovation, and cost-effectiveness.
- Oversee the entire procurement contract lifecycle, from negotiation and drafting to tendering and finalization.
- Plan and execute procurement category strategies, aligning them with business needs and technological advancements.
- Minimum of 8+ years in a managerial role within the banking, fintech, payments, multinational, or oil & gas industries.
- Strong background in IT sourcing and project management within a technology-driven environment.
- Proven experience in contract negotiation, vendor selection, and innovative procurement strategies.
- Ability to thrive in a lean and dynamic organizational setting, fostering a startup mentality and driving change.
- Capacity to think innovatively, offering proactive ideas and solutions that add value and drive efficiency.
- Proficiency in analyzing spend data, identifying optimization opportunities, and executing consolidation strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for collaborating with internal stakeholders and effectively managing vendor relationships.
