Nair Systems, is a DIFC based, boutique leading edge technology consulting and professional services firm focusing on Digital Banking, Artificial Intelligence, Big Data & Data Analytics, Cyber Security, Blockchain and Cryptocurrency and Robotic Process Automation. Nair Systems is currently looking for for IT Parameterization Officer- (System Analyst) for our UAE operations with the following terms & conditions.

Technical Skill Set: . Should have experience working on technical, functional and analytical tracks in parallel mode. . Expertise in Database Technologies ( SQL & Oracle ) - 3-5 Years hands-on experience . Expertise in scripting & automation - Informix - 3-5 Years hands-on experience . Strong Analytical Skills to map interface requirements ( mandatory / optional) against the database structures . Capability to perform impact analysis on data streams across multiple surround systems operating on different platforms . Testing of new parameter features/screens/developments for parameter menus . Expertise in Microsoft Excel functions used for data validation / reporting . Perform feasibility analysis for business/ project requirements and recognize the scope of change and business specifications required to implement the change. Functional Skillset: . Proven track record working on prior techno- functional roles - 3-5 Years' Experience . Banking Domain Experience - - 3-5 Years' Experience . Possess in-depth knowledge of business functionality automated/operated through major application systems used in the bank . Requirement Gathering and Gap Analysis . Perform feasibility analysis for business/ project requirements and recognize the scope of change and business specifications required to implement the change. . Coordination with Business stake holders for clarifications/ requirements raised for parameter related set up's in production or as part of System Change Requests . Creation and maintenance of business product templates for parameter configurations . Process Management . Exposure to Core Banking application system ( Finacle & Flex cube) - 3-5 Years hands-on experience . Exposure to Cards & Payment Domain ( TSYS - Prime & Online) . Strong knowledge on banking products and procedures - 3-5 Years hands-on experience . Excellent communication and inter-personal skills Terms and conditions Joining time frame: (15 - 30 days)
