Job Description
We are looking for a
dynamic IT Manager
with a strong technical background and excellent leadership skills. The candidate will oversee daily operations, manage a small technical team, and ensure quality project delivery in areas like CCTV, IT infrastructure, software, and support services.Responsibilities
Lead and manage the IT team (Technicians & Support Staff) Oversee projects related to CCTV, Access Control, IP Telephony, and IT Networking Coordinate software support services and service delivery Handle escalated technical issues and provide resolutions Support IT sales and project scoping Maintain and improve internal SOPs Supervise installations, client communication, and after-sales support Ensure compliance with timelines and quality standards
Requirements
Minimum 5 years experience in the UAE IT sector Valid UAE Driving License Expertise in: CCTV (IP & Analog), Access Control Telephone systems (PBX, VoIP), IT Networking Software Support (basic understanding of ERP/CRM or custom tools) Strong team leadership and project management skills Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to AED4,000.00 per month
