Bachelors in Computer Application(Computers) Nationality: Any Nationality Vacancy: 1 Vacancy The IT Operations Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the IT infrastructure and systems. They ensure the stability, availability, and performance of the IT infrastructure, as well as the timely resolution of incidents and problems. The manager also collaborates with other IT teams to implement new technologies and improve operational efficiency. Responsibilities Manage and monitor the IT infrastructure, systems, and networks. Ensure the availability and performance of IT services and systems. Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and problems in a timely manner. Collaborate with other IT teams to implement new technologies and solutions. Develop and maintain operational procedures and documentation. Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers. Identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate changes. Develop and manage the IT operations budget. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in IT or related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT operations management. Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and networking. Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
