Job Description
Role Purpose
Ensure stable, secure, and compliant day-to-day IT operations, supporting a regulated fintech environment while enabling efficient scaling of a BNPL product platform.
Key Responsibilities
Own IT operations, internal systems, and user access management Manage identity platforms (Google Workspace, Entra ID, IAM) Implement and maintain IT policies and operational procedures Manage IT vendors, service providers, and SLAs Ensure business continuity, backup, and disaster recovery readiness Oversee endpoint security, asset management, and patching Support audits, compliance reviews, and regulator requests Enforce least-privilege access and access governance
Required Experience
5+ years of experience in IT Operations or IT Management
Mandatory experience working in fintech or product-driven technology companies
Experience in regulated or financial services environments Strong understanding of identity, access management, and endpoint security Experience managing outsourced IT or MSP relationshipsJob Type: Full-time
