Job Description
1. Job Purpose To be the first line of support for your organization. When users need help running a transaction, identifying the source of a problem, or understanding integration points, they turn to a super user for answers. Must be able to filter end-user requests and only pass along issues that are truly IT-related or enhancements. This will require a solid understanding of SAP, knowledge of your business processes, and patience. In addition to being on the front line of support, also act as liaisons between business and IT organizations. 2. Primary Duties Performed
- Design, develop, document and maintain IT Policies and implement methods to ensure security, integrity and monitor and/or control operational usage of database.
- Implement normal and disaster back-up and recovery procedures and maintain routine back-ups of data and applications.
- Prepare and provide data reports and other specific reports as and when requested by the user and/or by Management.
- Providing Training to end users for SAP Business One modules.
- Providing basic trouble shooting for users
- Changing forms layouts for different modules.
- Support Reconciliation and data entry errors resolutions.
- Report designing.
- Configurate new users to the system.
- Changing and adding new user authorizations
- Providing support for internal queries.
- Coordinating support and consultancy requests between the third parties IT contractors and internal parties.
- Bachelor\'s (Required)
- IT: 5 years (Required)
- SAP: 3 years (Required)
- CCNA, CISSP or MCSE (Required)
