Accountabilities:
- Provide IT Helpdesk/Desktop support for the end users.
- Responsible for IT Communication.
- Oversee the daily performance of computer systems.
- Provide timely technical support for users and work with them to solve existing problems.
- Shall serve as the technical expert and focal point for IT enquiries.
- Background of IT Ticketing System.
