Job Description
IT Officer
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line support for all IT-related issues (hardware, software, network)
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across desktop, mobile, and network environments
- Assist employees on-site and remotely with connectivity, software, and hardware problems
- Monitor and maintain servers, network switches, routers, and firewalls
- Manage local and cloud backups and ensure disaster recovery systems are in place
- Maintain structured cabling and IT assets at multiple project sites and offices
- Install, update, and manage industry-relevant software such as: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, MS Teams Project management tools (Primavera, MS Project, Monday.com, etc.)
- Provide training and support for design software and collaboration platforms
