Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1.??Domain Management
o?Manage domain registrations, renewals, DNS configurations, and security.
o?Ensure domain-based services are up-to-date and compliant.
2.??Hosting Server Management
o?Oversee website and email hosting environments.
o?Perform regular backups, monitor performance, and manage server-side updates.
3.??Office 365 Account Management
o?Administer user accounts, licenses, groups, and mailbox configurations.
o?Handle email routing, spam control, and overall tenant health.
4.??Network Infrastructure Management (Office & Stores)
o?Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls.
o?Ensure secure and stable internet connectivity and VLAN configuration where applicable.
5.??System Support
o?Provide daily technical support for hardware, software, and printers.
o?Handle system imaging, OS installations, and troubleshooting for desktops/laptops windows/MAC
6.??NVR (Network Video Recorder) Management
o?Configure and maintain CCTV systems and storage devices.
o?Ensure secure remote access, video backup, and health checks.
7.??PABX Management
o?Administer internal PABX system and extensions.
o?Maintain call flow, IVR, voicemail, and perform routine system checks.
8.??Access Control - HIKVision
o?Configure and maintenance HIK Vision Devices
o?Maintain firmware updates and security integrity.
9.??POS Software Management
o?Manage POS software configurations and updates.
o?Troubleshoot real-time POS issues across stores and coordinate with the store staff.

Skills & Qualifications:

o??Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field.
o??3-5 years of experience in IT support or infrastructure management.
o??Strong knowledge of Office 365, and networking concepts.
o??Familiarity with HIKVision, PABX systems, and NVR setups.
o??Excellent problem-solving skills.
