Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
7-10+ years
of experience in system administration or IT infrastructure leadership
Proven experience managing
enterprise-scale, multi-company environments
Strong expertise in
Linux and Windows Server
Hands-on experience with
Hyper-V virtualization
Strong knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, firewalls, Wi-Fi)
Extensive experience with
Zoho CRM, Zoho One, Frappe, and Bitrix24
Experience managing
HRM systems
and business applications
Strong understanding of hardware asset management and end-user computing
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
Infrastructure as Code (Ansible, Terraform)
