Black Sea Business Center is seeking a versatile IT and Marketing Executive to manage our digital presence and technical requirements. This role is ideal for a candidate who balances creative marketing strategy with technical IT skills.

Primary Responsibilities

Digital Marketing:

Plan and execute campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email platforms.

Portal Management:

Create and optimize listings on Bayut, Property Finder, and Dubizzle.

Content & Design:

Develop marketing materials (brochures, banners, social media) and manage website updates via WordPress.

Lead Generation:

Track conversions through CRM platforms and implement retargeting strategies.

IT Support:

Handle basic hardware/software troubleshooting and systems maintenance for the business center.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in IT, Marketing, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience, ideally within Dubai real estate or business centers. Proficiency in WordPress, SEO tools, and CRM systems (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.). Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva. Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
