Job Title: IT & Digital Marketing Executive - Real Estate & Business Center

Location: Black Sea Business Center, Dubai, UAE

Job Responsibilities

As an IT & Marketing Executive, your core responsibilities will include:

Designing, managing, and updating the company website and online listings

Planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and email platforms

Creating and managing listings on Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, and other real estate portals

Managing lead generation campaigns and tracking conversions through CRM platforms

Ensuring optimal SEO performance and website analytics tracking

Creating engaging social media content and managing posting schedules across all platforms

Designing marketing materials including brochures, flyers, banners, and digital ads

Monitoring online inquiries and coordinating with the sales team for timely follow-up

Implementing marketing automation and retargeting strategies to maximize ROI

Managing IT support requirements of the business center (basic troubleshooting, systems maintenance)

Handling integrations between CRM systems, marketing platforms, and website forms

Staying updated on the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies relevant to real estate and serviced offices

Requirements & Skills

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field

Experience:

2-4 years of hands-on experience in IT & digital marketing, preferably within the real estate or business center industry

Skills:

Proficient in website development (WordPress, HTML/CSS)

Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and SEO tools

Expertise in real estate portals like Bayut, Property Finder, and Dubizzle

Familiarity with CRM platforms (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)

Strong design skills using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator

Solid understanding of social media strategy and content creation

Strong analytical, multitasking, and communication skills

Basic IT support knowledge (hardware/software troubleshooting)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
