Job Purpose

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead the setup and management of IT infrastructure for a fast-growing UAE outsourcing company serving partner businesses in the UK Real Estate and Property sector. The company is based in Sharjah SAIF Zone and is expected to grow to 20+ staff within its first year.

In the initial phase, the role will focus heavily on establishing the office IT environment, infrastructure, networks, security, and cloud platforms, while creating strong, efficient remote-working links with UK-based teams. This will then be expanded to cater for more staff.

The IT Manager will be responsible for network administration, systems security, cloud services, communications (including telephony and collaboration tools), and ongoing IT support.

The role includes supporting and training staff on cloud-based systems used to work seamlessly with UK partner businesses, ensuring reliability, security, and best-practice IT standards. The successful candidate will have excellent spoken and written English, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a growing business environment.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years' experience in IT and infrastructure management Strong experience with networks, cloud platforms, security, backup, and remote working systems Relevant IT certifications Excellent spoken and written English
