Mark Williams is working with a prestigious semi-government entity in Dubai, they\'re looking for an IT professional to manage their applications and technology quality policies that will improve technology systems efficiency.
Role: - Conduct risk-based audits for existing and planned technology projects, evaluating risk approach and mitigating exposure - Ensure compliance with application governance framework, policies, and controls - Actively engage with technical design and project managers to promote compliance with service transition quality plans - Manage the control, update, and distribution of technology quality standards and policies - Plan, direct, and coordinates activities related to technology quality assurance, AGF programs, and projects - Maintain an in-depth knowledge of technology quality standards and practices - Plan and implement new practices to address technology quality in the specification, design, and operation of technology systems and services.
Requirements: - 7+ years\' experience, including 3 years in a supervisory/leadership role - Bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering from a recognized university - Computer-literate with extensive software proficiency - Up-to-date knowledge of service management practices - Proven leadership skills in motivating, mobilizing, and coaching teams for high performance - Results-driven achiever with strong planning and organizational abilities - Knowledgeable in ISO quality management standards - Effective initiation and direction of quality improvement projects - Adaptable team player skilled in prioritization and managing concurrent projects
