Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM), Saturday (8:00 AM - 1:00 PM), Sunday Off

Job Summary
The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining all aspects of our company's IT ecosystem. This includes managing IT systems, networks, digital security, and software applications. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on problem-solver with extensive experience in the UAE market and a strong command of collaboration tools, especially Microsoft Teams.
Key Responsibilities

• IT Infrastructure Management: Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems, including servers, network devices, and workstations.
• Network Administration: Monitor and manage local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and internet connectivity to ensure high performance and availability.
• Digital Security: Implement and manage robust cybersecurity measures, including firewalls, antivirus solutions, and data protection protocols to safeguard company information.
• Software & Application Support: Oversee the deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all business software applications.
• Microsoft Teams Administration: Serve as the in-house expert for Microsoft Teams, managing its setup, user permissions, integration with other Office 365 apps, and troubleshooting issues to ensure seamless collaboration.
• User Support & Training: Provide technical support to staff, resolve IT-related issues promptly, and conduct basic training sessions on new systems and software.
• Vendor Management: Liaise with IT vendors, service providers, and telecom companies in the UAE to ensure quality service and support.
• System Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for IT policies, network configurations, and system procedures.
• Backup & Disaster Recovery: Develop and execute regular data backup plans and disaster recovery strategies to ensure business continuity.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 4 to 6 years of proven experience in managing and maintaining IT systems, networks, and security.
• UAE Experience: Hands-on professional experience within the UAE is mandatory. Familiarity with local IT infrastructure and service providers is essential.
• Technical Expertise:
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams is a must-have.
• Proficiency in managing Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and network protocols.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and tools.
• Experience with hardware troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Personal Skills:
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proactive and able to work under pressure.
