Job Summary Manage the IT Department with all IT related activities and responsibilities. Responsibilities
Define and implement the IT strategy to support the company's overall goals and business plan.
Design, develop, implement and maintain IT policies and procedures.
Plays the main role in new software selection (CRM) for the company and ensures IT quality control on development (Nous ERP).
Manage IT staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance.
Manage the IT department to make sure that all IT Hardware and Software and the whole IT infrastructure of the company are well maintained.
Maintain the company's IT security and confidentiality of IT data.
Audit IT systems and assess their outcomes.
Draft annual IT budget and ensure cost effectiveness.
Performs other duties and responsibilities related to Information Technology that may be delegated by the senior Management.
Requirements Bachelor of Technology/Engineering, Bachelor in Computer Application, Bachelor of Business Administration(Management), Degree level in computer science or equivalent. Experience, Training, Knowledge and Skills
Ten years of experience in the IT discipline including five years in similar role.
Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE)/ Certified Novell Engineer (CNE) certification.
Desktop and Server remote management solutions, MS SharePoint, Relational or DB knowledge.
Project Management, Selection and implementation of CRM/ERP/CPM (EPM).
Responsible for the organization IT Security. Disaster Recovery (DR) & Backup experience.
Commercial Awareness and negotiate with vendors.
Leadership, action orientation, Quality Orientation, Teamwork, Interpersonal Sensitivity, Problem Solving and Decision Making.
Financial Acumen.
Excellent Command in English communication skills.
